Infrared heating simulation – For ovens used to heat food casings, we performed a series of measurements and calculations – measurement of infrared emitter behavior, emissivity, spectral absorption, and created a simulation model of the oven. The model incorporates both available theoretical knowledge of infrared heating and measured data.
